A Weak Man Knows the Value of Strength.
- Captain America: The First Avenger -

This quote really resonates with me. I am like the lead character, Steven ROGERS; thin & skinny. Much as I'd love to become more muscular (despite eating a lot), I am still the same. Guess it's my high metabolism rate. Having said that, I really value strength more that those muscular hunks trotting the streets (making heads turn along the way of course).

True, they may look better and stronger in physical strength. However, in terms of determination and mental strength, I believe I can punch way above my weight. My skinny frame may not make girls' heads turn BUT I feel that my mental strength/gentle nature will prove to be equally attractive (if not more).

The movie certainly reflects a materialistic world we live in today. People are judged by their appearances, which is so superficial. It'll take a very loooonnngg time before people changed their way of perceiving others. SADLY but TRUE

Back to the movie, it was in 3D. Didn't feel it was 3D though. I've watched better 3D movies. Admittedly, I am no fan of 3D because I feel giddy after putting on glasses. Maybe it's due to the fact that I don't wear spectacles? Apart from the 3D stuff, I thought the action and other effects were good and the plot somewhat interesting.

Thankfully, I stayed on after the credits and watched the actual ending.
*PS: Ppl were streaming out when the credits rolled. Some stayed of course.

Won't say much about what happens at the end except that the next sequel will be out in Summer 2012. So for those who haven't watch, please stay on till the end. I mean THE END.
